福巴替尼Futibatinib 4mg

Futibatinib is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with previously treated, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma harboring fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) gene fusions or other rearrangements.

The recommended dose of this product is 20 mg orally once daily, until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Administer this product at approximately the same time every day, with or without food. Swallow the tablets whole. Do not crush, chew, break or dissolve the tablets. If a patient misses a dose of this product for more than 12 hours, or experiences vomiting, resume dosing by taking the next scheduled dose as planned.

Ocular Toxicity: This product may cause retinal pigment epithelial detachment (RPED). Hyperphosphatemia and Soft Tissue Mineralization: Monitor serum phosphorus levels and signs of soft tissue mineralization during treatment. Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: May cause fetal harm. Inform patients of reproductive potential about the potential risk to the fetus and advise them to use effective contraceptive measures.

The most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 20%) are nail toxicity, musculoskeletal pain, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, dry mouth, alopecia, stomatitis, abdominal pain, xeroderma, arthralgia, dysgeusia, dry eye, nausea, decreased appetite, urinary tract infection, palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia syndrome, and vomiting.
