氘可来昔替尼片Deucravacitinib 6mg

This product is indicated for adult patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are suitable for systemic therapy or phototherapy. Use Restriction: Concomitant use with other potent immunosuppressants is not recommended.

The recommended dose of this product is 6 mg once daily, for oral administration. Administration may be with or without food. No dose adjustment is recommended for patients with mild, moderate or severe renal impairment, or those with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) receiving dialysis. No dose adjustment is recommended for patients with mild (Child-Pugh Class A) or moderate (Child-Pugh Class B) hepatic impairment. This product is not recommended for use in patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C).

If a clinically significant hypersensitivity reaction occurs, administer appropriate treatment and discontinue this product. This product may increase the risk of infection; patients with active or severe infections should avoid using this product. This product is not recommended for patients with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C. Prior to the initiation of treatment with this product, assess patients for latent and active tuberculosis (TB) infection. During treatment, monitor patients receiving this product for signs and symptoms of active TB. If creatine phosphokinase (CPK) levels are significantly elevated, or myopathy is diagnosed or suspected during treatment with this product, discontinue this product. Prior to the initiation of treatment with this product, complete all age-appropriate immunizations in accordance with current immunization guidelines, including prophylactic vaccination against herpes zoster. Patients receiving this product should avoid vaccination with live vaccines. This product has not been approved for use in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Exercise caution when administering this product to pregnant women and children.

Infections, malignant tumors (including lymphoma), laboratory test abnormalities, elevated liver enzymes, decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR), elevated blood lipids.
