普拉塞替尼胶囊Pralsetinib 100mg

For adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring RET gene fusions. For adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer and RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer.

Recommended Dose: 400 mg orally once daily on an empty stomach.

Contraindicated in patients with major hemorrhage.

Do not administer this product before or after surgery. May cause fetal harm. Use with caution in lactating women

Fatigue, constipation, musculoskeletal pain, and hypertension. Neutropenia, pneumonia, anemia, lung parenchymal lesions, pyrexia, diarrhea, elevated aspartate aminotransferase (AST), elevated creatine kinase, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, vomiting, sepsis, and dyspnea.

Store in a sealed container at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C. Keep out of the reach of children.
