艾拉司群片Elacestrant 345mg

For the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive (ER+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

Take one tablet orally once daily, with meals.

Contraindicated in pregnant women.

Monitor blood lipid levels regularly before and during treatment. This product has potential risks to the embryo. Patients should take effective contraceptive measures during the administration of this product.

Musculoskeletal pain, nausea, increased cholesterol, elevated aspartate aminotransferase (AST), elevated triglycerides, fatigue, decreased hemoglobin, vomiting, elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT), hyponatremia, increased creatinine, decreased appetite, diarrhea, headache, constipation, abdominal pain, flushing, and dyspepsia.
