Indicated for the treatment of malignant tumors, including: malignant non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer.

Generally, for adults: 100 mg of anamorelin hydrochloride orally once daily on an empty stomach. To avoid dietary interference, this product should be taken on an empty stomach, and no food should be consumed within 1 hour after administration. If this medication fails to increase body weight or improve appetite, administration should be discontinued after 3 weeks in principle. Clinical experience with administration beyond 12 weeks is currently unavailable. The necessity of continued administration should be evaluated periodically based on body weight, appetite, and other relevant factors.

Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this preparation. Patients receiving the following medications: clarithromycin, itraconazole, voriconazole, ritonavir, cobicistat, ensitrelvir fumarate.

Cardiac Conduction Effects: This product exerts a sodium channel inhibitory effect, which may suppress the cardiac conduction system and lead to electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities (e.g., significant PR interval prolongation, QRS complex widening, QT interval prolongation). Therefore, ECG, pulse, blood pressure, cardiothoracic ratio, and electrolytes must be measured regularly before and during treatment. Discontinue administration immediately and initiate emergency treatment if any abnormalities are detected. Hyperglycemia Risk: Monitor blood glucose and urine glucose levels regularly before and during administration, as hyperglycemia may occur. Hepatic Function Monitoring: Conduct liver function tests regularly before and during treatment, since hepatic dysfunction may develop. Special Patient Populations Patients with congestive heart failure: May experience suppressed cardiac function and worsening of symptoms. Patients with a history of myocardial infarction or angina pectoris: May experience suppressed cardiac function and worsening of symptoms. Patients with severe cardiac conduction disorders (e.g., complete atrioventricular block): The sodium channel inhibitory effect of this product may further suppress and exacerbate the conduction system disorder. Pregnancy and Lactation Pregnant women or women of childbearing potential may use this product only if the potential therapeutic benefits outweigh the risks to the fetus. For lactating women, the decision to continue or discontinue breastfeeding should be made after weighing the therapeutic benefits of the drug against the benefits of breastfeeding.
